Equal Opportunities Work - Theories about Practice

The booklet ”Equal Opportunities Work” gives an introduction to the theoretical framework surrounding the practicies of Equal opportunities work. One of the aims is to begin building up a theoretical foundation for work in the area of equal opportunities, to draw up theories on the basis of a survey of practices. The author’s focus lies on two fields of practical work with equal opportunities – the political and the organizational.
